How do I change/update my credit card details?
To change the credit card on file for your account or update the expiration date, first log in to your Client Portal at customer.identitystation.com.
Click on "Billing" in the orange navigation bar at the top of your screen.
Click on "Manage Credit Card" in the drop down menu.
This will take you to the Credit Card Details screen.
Under "Enter New Card Information Below" choose the Card Type and enter the Card Number, Expiry Date, and CVV/CVC2 Number. Note you do not need to enter the Start Date or Issue Number.
Also note you must enter all of these details to update your expiration date as well. Entering only the expiration date will not suffice.
Be sure to click the blue "Save Changes" button at the bottom left of the screen before exiting.
