How do I transfer my domain name away from you?
To transfer your domain name management away from Dentist Identity,
1 - click the "Home" button at the top of this screen or log in to your Client Portal at customer.identitystation.com.
2 - Click "Open Ticket" in the orange menu bar at the top of your screen.
3 - Click "Support Department" and type Domain Transfer Away Request in the Subject Field. Please tell us the reason you are transferring your domain in the text box, then click the blue "Submit" button at the bottom left of your screen.
4 - We will respond by unlocking your domain and providing an authorization code. This can also be called an EPP code.
5 - Contact your new registrar and provide the authorization code. They may also have other steps/actions you need to complete.
6 - The new registrar will send Dentist Identity a message asking us to authorize the transfer. We will immediately do so.
7 - Your new registrar may require your authorization as well. Be sure to check your email box and respond.
Please note that transferred domains are locked for 60 days and cannot be transferred again within that time period.
Domain transfers are billed at $25 per name.
We consider a domain transfer notification of your intention to cancel your account with Dentist Identity. If this is not your intention, be sure to note that in your ticket.
