How do I transfer my email hosting to Dentist Identity?
Migrating your email accounts is an easy process that takes only a couple of days. We handle everything for you, and your email services remain fully functional during the process. You retain all of your existing messages and folders in your new accounts.
To transfer your email service to Dentist Identity, first hit "Home" or log in to your Client Portal at customer.identitystation.com.
Click on "Open Ticket" in the orange navigation bar at the top of your screen.
Select "Email Related" and enter the subject line Transfer my email service.
Provide your current email addresses and passwords, along with the server you are currently using (your provider can supply this information if you do not have it). You may also specify to create new email addresses if you wish.
Please be sure not to change your passwords until after the migration is complete.
A representative will respond with any questions and let you know when the migration is finished.
Note the costs involved:
One-time set up fee of $10 per customer
One-time migration fee of $10 per email address
$3 per email address monthly (Marketing customers receive up to 5 addresses free)
